Arboretum shares Laskin Road with two restaurants under the same roof of hospitality. Book the room and you can bring their kitchens with it — one point of contact, menus built for your headcount, and food that arrives hot from a few doors down. Working with an outside caterer instead is welcome too; we’ll share the prep space and house rules on your tour.

Arboretum sits on Laskin Road near the north end of the Boardwalk — walkable from the beach and the 31st Street hotels, alongside our restaurants Pacifica and Sorella’s.

That puts the room within easy reach of the whole of Hampton Roads. Guests drive in from Norfolk, Chesapeake, Portsmouth, Suffolk, Hampton and Newport News in well under an hour, and out-of-town guests can walk over from the Oceanfront hotels rather than arranging a shuttle.

It is one open room, so it can be set for a seated meal, lecture rows, lounge groupings, or an open floor.

Arboretum shares Laskin Road with two restaurants under the same hospitality group: Pacifica, tapas and cocktails at 328 Laskin Road, and Sorella’s, an Italian eatery at 356 Laskin Road. Either kitchen can cater your event through a single point of contact. Bringing an outside caterer is welcome too — prep space and house rules are covered on your tour.

Can I bring my own florist, decorator, or other vendors?

Yes. The room is a quiet, neutral shell built to take your styling. Bring your own florals, linens, signage, photographer, and the vendors you already work with.

How many guests does the room hold?
